This page describes what personal data is processed when you interact with codefreeze.dev and how that processing complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679, "GDPR" / Polish "RODO").

02Scope of data processed

The site itself is a static page and does not collect data through forms, cookies, or tracking scripts. Personal data is processed only when you contact the administrator:

• Your email address and any content you include in messages sent to [email protected].
• Identifiers you voluntarily share in correspondence (name, role, company, project details).
• Records of the correspondence itself, kept for the duration of any subsequent engagement and for the legally required retention period afterwards.

Providing this data is voluntary, but it is necessary to respond to your enquiry and to take steps toward a possible contract. Without it the administrator cannot reply or cooperate.

03Legal basis

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract and, where applicable, to perform a contract with the data subject.
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in maintaining business correspondence and protecting against potential claims.
• Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — compliance with legal obligations such as tax and accounting retention requirements under Polish law.

04Retention

Email correspondence is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for up to five years afterwards, in line with Polish tax and commercial-record retention requirements. Records may be kept longer where required to defend against potential legal claims, until those claims become time-barred.

05Recipients and transfers

Personal data is processed by the administrator personally. The email provider used to deliver and store correspondence acts as a processor on the administrator's behalf. Data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. If the email provider stores or routes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

06Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data and obtain a copy of it.
• Request rectification of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), subject to retention obligations above.
• Request restriction of processing.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Data portability where applicable.
• Lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).

This site stores no cookies of any kind on your device — neither necessary, functional, analytical, nor marketing.

08Automated decision-making

Your data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
