Privacy Notice

Last updated: 2026-07-08

This page describes what personal data is processed when you interact with codefreeze.dev and how that processing complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679, "GDPR" / Polish "RODO").

01Administrator

Adrian Kremblewski, operating as a Polish sole-trader (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza).

Contact for data matters: [email protected].

The registered business address is provided on request and on issued invoices.

02Scope of data processed

The site is a static page. It does not collect data through forms. Personal data is processed in two situations:

Providing contact data is voluntary, but it is necessary to respond to your enquiry and to take steps toward a possible contract. Tracking is entirely optional and the site works identically if you decline.

04Retention

Email correspondence is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for up to five years afterwards, in line with Polish tax and commercial-record retention requirements. Records may be kept longer where required to defend against potential legal claims, until those claims become time-barred. Tracking data is retained by Google and Meta according to their own retention policies, linked in section 07.

05Recipients and transfers

Correspondence is processed by the administrator personally; the email provider acts as a processor on the administrator's behalf. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

If you consent to tracking, two further recipients receive data, both acting as independent controllers for their own purposes:

Both transfer data to the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses as required by the GDPR. Declining tracking means no data reaches either recipient.

06Your rights

You have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].

07Tracking & consent

I instrument this site the way I model a domain: collect only what serves a clear purpose, keep it legible, and ask before doing it.

On your first visit you are asked to choose. Nothing tracking-related runs until you click Sure. If you do, two things load:

Choose No thanks and neither loads — no cookies are set and no data leaves your browser. Your choice is remembered locally in your browser. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the prompt returns. No advanced matching of form fields or personal identifiers is enabled.

08Automated decision-making

The administrator performs no automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. If you consent to the Meta Pixel, Meta may use the resulting data for its own ad-delivery optimisation under its own policies; this is described and controlled by Meta, not by the administrator.
